Many who avail themselves of the enjoyment of Port Bay and the access it provides to Lake Ontario, whether fishing, boating or other water sports and activities, aren't aware that maintaining the channel opening is funded solely through Membership dues, contributions and donations made to the Port Bay Improvement Association, a nonprofit organization. Neither town, county nor state tax dollars finance the cost of keeping the channel open. We count on your support. Encourage others you know to join the Association. Thank you!
